Designing

Milewell engineers generate the 3D file based on the requirement then programming it to the CNC machine. For the performance turbo, being better than the original one from the OEM is our goal, as we figure out known faults.

Manufacturing

Milewell turbocharger is manufactured under the IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality management system. The manufacture of Milewell turbo is carried out with a precision of 0.01 in CNC machines according to Milewell manufacture management. The manufacturing equipment keeps in the high precision for automotive field.

Measuring

Inspectors properly utilize our high-end measuring instrument with their in-depth knowledge of geometrics and metallography. Normally, we measure Milewell turbo and parts by using:

  • √ Go-no gauge
  • √ Hardness tester
  • √ Pneumatic tester
  • √ Projector

Balancing

The balancing of any turbocharger is considerable for both reliability and performance. Milewell balancing testing covers the whole process of manufacturing including blade balancing, core balancing, and VNT turbo actuator testing. We use OE-specification machines for inspection, as they have the OEM approval and norm.
